Common questions group leaders, school administrators, and parents have about what we do and why we do it better than other chaperone services.
- What times are you available to chaperone?
The most common hours selected for chaperone coverage of traveling students are either 10:00PM to 5:00AM, or 11:00PM to 6:00AM. On occasion, we do receive requests to begin monitoring students as early as 9:00PM, based upon the next day’s travel agenda. - In which cities does Guardian Chaperones provide service coverage?
Guardian Chaperones is an east-coast based chaperone provider and can provide service in any location on the eastern seaboard requested by traveling groups. Locations not commonly visited by traveling students can be covered with a customized modification to our standard rates; just let us know your needs. - Is there a minimum group size or a maximum group limit, and if so, how many people are included in your rates for each?
There is no minimum or maximum group size required to reserve our services. Your contract will state the number of students we are expected to chaperone, and we’ll staff the trip accordingly. - What if something happens to one of our students… is Guardian Chaperones insured for liability?
Guardian Chaperones provides a liability policy to protect both our business, our employees, and traveling students. Liability insurance is provided under our parent company Republic Hall Monitors, LLC. All customers receive a copy of the standard policy with their name on form with a signed contract. If under any circumstances a rider is required for requested special services for particular clients not covered under our standard policy, our agents will handle things to your satisfaction within 48 hours of booking. - How do we go about reserving a booking with Guardian Chaperones for our group?

Our rate plans are designed to provide customized services based on time needed, length of trip and number of travelers. These specifics impact the amount charged for each contract. A Guardian Chaperones representative can explain fees in detail, and provide you with suggestions that respect your budget while providing the security you need.
